    I’ve been looking for a printer that can handle small runs of custom firework packaging. Most places I’ve contacted want a minimum of 5000 units and that’s way too much for what I need. I’m trying to get maybe 500-1000 boxes with custom branding. Anyone know a shop that does smaller quantities without charging an arm and a leg? I’m fine with digital printing over offset if that keeps costs down.

    We use a local supplier here in Hunan for our custom boxes at Skysong and they do runs as low as 1000. Shipping might be expensive depending where you are but the per-unit cost is reasonable. Happy to share their contact info if you want to compare pricing. Also check out Packlane for digital short runs – not fireworks specific but they do decent work for smaller quantities.

    Thanks Michael, that would be great! I’m US-based so I’m a bit worried about international shipping costs eating up any savings. If they do FOB though it might still work out. What’s the usual lead time from your supplier in Hunan?
